Comme si seuls les sp\u00e9cialistes pouvaient y acc\u00e9der. Et forc\u00e9ment, certains en profitent pour en faire leur commerce.<\/p>\n<p>Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re appeler \u00e7a <em>l\u2019\u00e9tat de pr\u00e9sence interne<\/em>. En clair : la connexion \u00e0 l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent v\u00e9cue <strong>\u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur<\/strong> de soi. Et il n\u2019y a rien de plus simple que \u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Faisons l\u2019exercice suivant, dans quelques secondes, je te propose de porter ton attention sur ta respiration\u00a0: Arr\u00eate-toi de lire et prends quelques inspirations et expirations, en portant ton attention sur ton souffle, expir, inspir etc\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 Maintenant, tu reviens stp\u00a0\ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0, c\u2019est simple, non\u00a0? Si tu fais \u00e7a en t\u2019\u00e9tant auparavant isol\u00e9 dans un endroit calme, si tu t\u2019assieds ou s\u2019allonges, tu sentiras comme cet \u00e9tat de pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 soi est relaxant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le faire comme unique objectif<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tu ne peux pas \u00eatre en connexion avec ton espace int\u00e9rieur et avoir en m\u00eame temps une activit\u00e9\u00a0: faire et \u00eatre, il faut choisir. Tu n\u2019as qu\u2019une seule attention, un seul point d\u2019attention possible \u00e0 la fois. D\u2019ailleurs, c\u2019est quand nous sommes bombard\u00e9s de sollicitations que notre cerveau fatigue vite.<\/p>\n<p>Dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 obs\u00e9d\u00e9e par le faire (puisqu\u2019il m\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019avoir, la seule valeur encore vivante), nous sommes dans un \u00e9tat de vigilance permanent \u00e0 l\u2019action dirig\u00e9e\u00a0: le faire pour un objectif.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes vigilants\u00a0: \u00e0 ce que nous lisons, par exemple \u00e0 ce petit texte, vigilants \u00e0 ce que nous faisons, \u00e0 ce \u00e0 quoi nous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissons (nous dirigeons notre r\u00e9flexion), etc\u00a0\u2026<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire dans toutes nos \u00ab\u00a0activit\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, c\u2019est m\u00eame essentiel, car autrement, nous n\u2019aurions pas de quoi vivre\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Mais nous avons \u00e9galement besoin de moments de d\u00e9connexion du faire, pour entrer dans l\u2019\u00eatre, dans cette connexion \u00e0 un instant pr\u00e9sent. On ne nous l\u2019apprend pas, et quand on consacre du temps \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0cet autre soi\u00a0\u00bb, on culpabilise, et c\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mal vu, car \u00e7a ne rapporte rien.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La d\u00e9connexion par le faire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9connexion par le faire, c\u2019est quand on joue d\u2019un instrument de musique, en jardinant, en jouant aux \u00e9checs, ou encore en \u00e9tant en connexion avec un ami \/ une amie, \u00ab\u00a0plong\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb dans une conversation\u00a0: on s\u2019oublie en faisant. L\u00e0, on est dans l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent, le temps n\u2019existe plus, l\u2019environnement est distant, le monde peut s\u2019\u00e9crouler pendant ce temps. Et nous avons besoin de ces moments-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La pleine conscience, la connexion avec soi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La connexion \u00e0 soi, c\u2019est \u00ab\u00a0rentrer en soi\u00a0\u00bb. La diff\u00e9rence avec la d\u00e9connexion, c\u2019est que l\u00e0, on se connecte \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de soi\u00a0\u00bb. Et les sensations que procurent cette connexion peuvent \u00eatre fortes, on peut lib\u00e9rer des hormones du plaisir rien que par la respiration.<\/p>\n<p>Respiration, observer\/contempler, se d\u00e9tacher du soi pour se connecter au tout, etc\u2026 il y a mille fa\u00e7ons de se connecter \u00e0 son soi int\u00e9rieur. Chacun trouvera son chemin, ses astuces, il n\u2019existe pas de m\u00e9thode, et les livres de pleine conscience sont remplis de recettes miracles. Oubliez-les\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Et certains vont loin dans cette qu\u00eate, comme dans le Zazen qui est une discipline que, \u00e0 mon avis, il vaut mieux aborder quand on a d\u00e9j\u00e0 connu l\u2019\u00e9tat de pr\u00e9sence, car on peut en ressortir avec juste l\u2019impression d\u2019avoir eu mal partout pendant un temps qui a paru interminable.<\/p>\n<p>Certains ont besoin de plus ou moins de cette connexion \u00e0 soi ; Certains (comme moi) y trouvent de l\u2019inspiration\u00a0; Certains y sont de fa\u00e7on naturelle, en permanence, mais c\u2019est rare.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tat de pleine conscience n\u2019est rien d\u2019autre qu\u2019un de nos besoins naturels, correspondant \u00e0 une facilit\u00e9 naturelle que nous avons tous mais qui ne nous est simplement pas ou pas suffisamment conscientis\u00e9e, enseign\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>Alors, ne compliquons pas ce qui est simple, et ce qui est l\u00e0 \u00e0 notre port\u00e9e. La pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 soi n\u2019est pas un but \u00e0 atteindre, c\u2019est un retour.
